Aluminium Housing casting

This is the Housing of Aluminium casting. The material is A356.0 T6 per ASTM B26. We produced this casting by lower pressure die-casting process. We also have the die-casting process/ sand casting process/ shell mold casting process/metal mold gravity casting process. We can pour the casting after the chemical to be met the requirement by spectrum. We can machine the casting after we inspected the mechanical properties. So whether in the internal quality or the surface quality or the dimension is met the customer’s requirement.

We also have the aluminium forging process.
